We are seeking a developing digital marketing professional to help accelerate growth across multiple customer acquisition channels. This individual should have experience across a breadth of paid and owned marketing channels with familiarity in Test and Learn practices.

What you’ll do:

• Brainstorm and develop creative Marketing campaigns across a wide spectrum of channels; mobile, social, display and email principally
• Identify opportunities for greater optimization at every stage of the funnel
• Continuously test and validate (or refute) core assumptions on customer targets, creative and acquisition flows
• Be creative and experiment with next tactics at engaging this emerging audience.
• Develop lifecycle messaging campaigns to engage our users both offline and within our product.
• Measure and report on performance of all campaigns against core KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative execution

What we are looking for:

• 4+ year’ digital marketing experience with focus on mobile and social advertising
• Familiarity with lifecycle messaging programs and ESP management
• Experience deploying A/B test campaigns
• Knowledge of web/app analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
• Working experience with MMP
• Familiarity with SEM/SEO/ASO a bonus
• Self-starter with drive to learn and develop within fast-paced environment
• Curious minded team player willing to make mistakes and learn from them
