Hi, everyone. We are aware that some loyalty program users had not yet received their loyalty bonus. Specifically, these were some users from our first round who did not need to resubmit their tax info. This was due to an error with our system that caused already approved tax forms to move back to “In Review” status.
We have resolved this and sent these users their tokens today. In addition, a small amount of tokens will be granted to them as compensation. The amount received will be roughly equal to the amount they would otherwise receive in the future loyalty bonus if they had held onto the tokens for the additional few weeks of the delay. In other words, your next round will not be penalized by the lost time while we fix this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
