We’ve been made aware of an issue with the Storm Loyalty Program onboarding process where W-8BEN form requests have not been sent appropriately. To alleviate this issue for you, we have created an improved process to collect this information and expedite the Loyalty Bonus reward process.
For those that will need W-8BEN forms, you’ll get updated information in the confirmation email that will be send to you. Please be sure to use the same email address that you registered in the Loyalty Program. This data will only be used to meet our mandatory tax requirements.
